Cleaning windows since before the earthquakes

Some customers are surprised when they find out I have been cleaning windows since before the earthquakes. I started on glass long before gutters were the main call-out, and I kept the skill because on a Christchurch bungalow the two jobs share a ladder and a mindset: don't leave a drip, don't lean on the paint.
I don't push windows as a standalone round. I offer it as a tidy finish on the same visit as the gutters. The process is hand wash, squeegee, frames and sills wiped, checked in the light. Inside by arrangement — I bring a sheet and work around what you don't want moved.
Why bundle? One trip, one quote, and the whole exterior looks finished for photos or tenants. If you have a rental, it's the cheapest way to make the street appeal read "looked after." And if the glass has paint flecks or hard water, I'll name it before I touch a blade.
